The AttritiCon Awards 2004

Have a look at the winners 2004!

The best players at the AttritiCon will be awarded with a trophy in the following categories:

15mm players:
1st price
2nd price
3rd price
Best painted tournament army

Claudio Berni from BAUEDA, UK, regrets he has little time for a full size award, but nevertheless submits this arab tent (size is as big as four DBM-Bg-elements). Great, isn`t it? It will attract all enemies...

Marios Maiopoulos, Erbach, Germany, made an extremely nice 6-Element Baggage with some eastern figures. It has been so nice, it won the AAA in 2004!!!

Spiros Koumousis, Athens, Greece, submitted three excellent painted and detailed 28mm Hoplites. Those three Hoplites have been given to the 1st to 3rd Award Winners as a temporary tropy. They are intended to bring luck to all their play during the next year. Whereever you identify one of those "AttritiCon Hoplites" at a Con, drop a note to us. This will increase the next year`s "Veteran Award" to be awarded then!

Joe Fox, Ohio, USA, intended to submit a superb painted DBA army. Fate hindered him to do that. We hope we will see some prices from him for the next year`s AttritiCon. Take care, Joe!

Fernando Liste from Corvus Belli, Spain, offered to support the AttritiCon with some yet unpublished DBA armies! Great! (But, since unpainted, uneligible for the AAA). Choose between Early Imperial Romans, Numidians, Gauls and Carthaginians! If you paint them like that, you will win the AAA next year!

Warhammer Ancient Battle players

1st price to 8th price
Best painted Warhammer item

Gripping Beast, UK, provided fantastic 25mm awards for the Warhammer Players.

WarCrow, Spain, sent in eight different fine art fantasy figures out of their range.
